Student Affairs Office

The Student Affairs Office includes the Student Activities Section, Student Life Guidance Section, Physical Education Section, and Health Services Section.

Student Activities Section

  • Establish and implement student activity education measures and moral conduct competition rules.
  • Handle new student orientation.
  • Prepare and implement class meeting and weekly assembly plans.
  • Inspect weekly journals.
  • Handle model student elections.
  • Promote democratic and rule-of-law education.
  • Organize, manage, and promote student class meeting rules and class officer systems.
  • Supervise student clubs, group activities, and ceremonies.
  • Handle civic training activities.
  • Handle student travel education.
  • Handle graduation ceremony affairs.
  • Handle other major matters related to student activity education.

Student Life Guidance Section

  • Prepare and implement regulations and measures for military training education.
  • Train and assess student etiquette and habits, and handle schoolwide student life management.
  • Process, supervise, register, count, and announce student leave, absence, and truancy matters.
  • Process, supervise, and compile statistics for student rewards and disciplinary cases.
  • Supervise and inspect student appearance and uniforms.
  • Conduct off-campus patrols together with military training instructors.
  • Manage assemblies for school and off-campus gatherings.
  • Select and train student self-government officers.
  • Handle student disputes, rewards and discipline, and incidental matters.
  • Guide, manage, and organize boarding students.
  • Implement traffic safety plans and handle school bus planning.
  • Plan and execute student safety education and drills.
  • Handle military training affairs and group activities.
  • Handle student military service affairs and applications for military academies.
  • Handle student life guidance work.

Physical Education Section

  • Prepare and implement physical education regulations, competition plans, and activity plans.
  • Record and compile statistics for student sports results.
  • Prepare physical education implementation, equipment, and research plans.
  • Organize and guide sports competitions.
  • Plan the school sports day and physical education performances.
  • Manage and maintain sports fields and physical education equipment.
  • Assess, record, and compile statistics for student physical education grades and sports results.
  • Promote plans to improve student health-related physical fitness.

Health Services Section

  • Prepare health regulations and plans.
  • Handle resource and waste recycling.
  • Handle cleanliness and resource-conservation competitions.
  • Prepare health-care regulations and implementation measures.
  • Purchase medical equipment and handle student health examinations and insurance.
  • Hold student physical examinations and assist with vaccination prevention work.
  • Use, store, replenish, and maintain health-care equipment and medicine.
  • Handle prevention of communicable diseases.
