General Affairs Office

General Services Section

  • Carry out general services duties and assigned affairs under the direction of the director.
  • Handle price comparison and purchase requests for school equipment, supplies, tools, and consumables.
  • Supervise maintenance and repairs for the campus, utilities, and fire-safety systems.
  • Supervise maintenance workers and carry out campus greening and beautification work.
  • Handle reporting for scrapped items and processing of recyclable materials.
  • Organize and register property, equipment, and consumable goods.
  • Manage school land and building registration and related matters.
  • Handle public bidding for construction, repair, and property procurement.
  • Supervise door and window repairs and painting management matters.
  • Supervise inspection, maintenance, and repair of drinking fountains.
  • Handle campus safety management and security management work.
  • Carry out other general services work.

Cashier Section

  • Handle cashier management affairs under the direction of the director.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly salaries and other payable amounts according to regulations.
  • Pay salary deductions and other required payments on schedule.
  • Prepare student individual registration payment amounts and compile related statistics.
  • Collect student tuition, miscellaneous fees, and other payments.
  • Calculate student tuition and miscellaneous fee reductions.
  • Handle tuition and miscellaneous fee refunds for students who suspend or withdraw from school.
  • Handle reissued payments, withheld payments, and related payment matters.
  • Handle deposit slips and payment matters.
  • Handle temporary assignments.

Documentation Section

  • Carry out documentation-related work under the direction of the director.
  • Classify and preserve files.
  • Handle records for meetings, including school affairs meetings and administrative meetings.
  • Carry out internal and external school document preparation work.
  • Handle official document receipt, dispatch, registration, distribution, and filing.
  • Record the school calendar and major events.
  • Prepare work reports and work plans.
  • Draft official documents.
  • Handle other documentation-related matters.
